We are so happy for the recent success of the nether launch and leaderboard! So far the season has truly been shaping up to be something great! We are currently sitting in the second week with only a few days until the End opens! ‼️
With less than 2 weeks till the server is rolling in elytras, a current competition has been concocted to connect our creations cohesively! Introducing, the Way Maker event! This event is all about how we connect the server together, making travel accessible across distance and dimensions, and how we ourselves cross it. The 3 leaderboards will be:
The Transchunkinental Railroad
-A 5 slot leaderboard tallying those who places the most minecart rails. Connect the distance between yourself and your neighbor, your community and the central station, or the positive world to the negative one!
-Prize: Every top 5 finalist will receive the #Locomotion tag, and first place will receive the #StationConductor tag and the CONDUCTOR HAT (speed 3, respiration 3, unbreaking 3, cannot be edited in an anvil)
Across Hell and Back
-A 5 slot leaderboard tallying those who places the most blue ice. Get yourself on the nether roof and speed past those in the overworld. Cross eight blocks in one by building blue ice paths to sail across even the hottest dimension!
-Prize: Every top 5 finalist will receive the #BoatoutofHell tag, and first place will receive the #CaptainCharon tag and the Blazing Boots, golden boots that are fully fire resistant, enchanted with fire prot 5, unbreaking 1, and cannot be repaired or edited in an anvil
Slink, Slank, Slunk
-A 5 slot leaderboard tallying those who travel the most distance while crouching. Better hope you've visited an ancient city, this is going to be one only for the most committed to their stealth!
-Prize: Every top 5 finalist will receive the #Snailspace tag, and first place will receive the #SmoothOperator
tag and the custom Apple Bottom Jeans item! (swift sneak 5, unbreaking 3, blue dyed, cant be edited in anvil)
Now, before anyone feels like saying it, we're very aware that all of these are cheese-able in various manners and methods. But do remember that the effectiveness of this event is how much it adds to the server. Meaning, if we don't see any of our top 5 finalists in The Transchunkinental Railroad or Across Hell and Back actually making anything on the server, we wont give any prizes :p! Competing means you must be able to actually show us that you have contributed! That means submissions can not just be a large square of ice, or rails placed haphazardly around, but real and genuine additions be it a rail system or nether highway. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them in help-me channel!
