1. Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Revival Community LLC ("Revival", "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using any Revival services — including but not limited to our Minecraft servers, website, online store, Discord, social platforms, and related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use online services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Nature of Virtual Goods

All purchases made through Revival are for digital licenses only. You are purchasing a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use virtual goods within our Services.

You do not own any virtual items, ranks, currency, perks, or features. All digital assets remain the sole property of Revival Community LLC.

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, revoke, or remove any digital content at any time without notice or compensation.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• No refunds will be issued for bans, suspensions, resets, wipes, or service interruptions.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Accounts associated with fraudulent or disputed payments may be permanently suspended.
• We reserve the right to pursue collection, legal remedies, and recovery of fees related to fraudulent disputes.

By making a purchase, you expressly waive any right to dispute legitimate digital goods transactions except where prohibited by law.

5. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.

Revival is not liable for unauthorized access, account sharing, compromised credentials, or resulting losses.

Punishments apply to accounts regardless of who accessed them.

6. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
• Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Impersonate staff or other users
• Distribute malicious software
• Engage in fraud, scamming, or deceptive conduct
• Attempt to bypass bans or restrictions
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services

This list is non-exhaustive. Revival reserves sole discretion in determining violations.

7. Enforcement & Disciplinary Action

Revival may issue warnings, mutes, suspensions, permanent bans, data resets, or account terminations at its sole discretion.

We are not obligated to provide evidence, warnings, or prior notice before enforcement.

All moderation decisions are final.

8. Server Availability & Data Loss

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Downtime, maintenance, resets, wipes, rollbacks, or data loss may occur.

Revival shall not be liable for loss of progress, items, currency, or digital assets.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, plugins, custom systems, website content, and proprietary materials are owned by Revival Community LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

By submitting content (including builds, chat, screenshots, videos), you grant Revival a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for promotional or operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revival Community LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Service interruptions
• User misconduct
• Third-party payment processor issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you within the last 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Revival Community LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or legal fees arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Revival.

If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

13. Termination

Revival reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Termination does not entitle you to refunds or compensation.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Revival Community LLC regarding use of the Services.

By accessing or using Revival Network Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
